I do think that it is often the unseen acts of bravery that are the most courageous… And I’m not talking about someone saving an old lady from getting run over by a bus and no one was around to watch or something, no.
I’m talking about being real, being true, being authentic, being who you really are. That sort of inner, miraculous feat that no one really realises is happening except for you.
If at any point, in any day, of any moment of your life, you find that you can say, ‘I allowed myself to feel how I felt’ or ‘I didn’t let them change me’ or ‘I got out of bed today even though it hurt’ or ‘I believe in myself’ or ‘I will try’ or any statements similar (those ones that bring a bubbling, quiet joy, a singing feeling of self satisfaction, to the surface – if you’re honest with yourself about it, if you realise what it all means)… It’s YOU. I’m talking about YOU. YOU are courageous. YOU have fortitude. YOU are brave.
You know what, I actually think it is really brave to even exist, too. Life is beautiful, wonderful and so ALIVE. Sometimes, too alive. Everything, every moment is fragile and just as precious as the other one. Every single moment is constantly disappearing. There are no take backs, no second draws. It’s like the whole thing is just…we are all taking a HUGE risk with every breath we take – moment by moment we reaffirm our commitment to life and living it, even as each of these moments (these which make up our life, our very existence as we know it) shatter behind us.
And every second, you’re propelled into the next moment whether you asked for it or not…the one you were in is disappearing, so you just, you gotta go, you HAVE to keep moving, lest you disappear too.
So, truly, if you are still breathing here today, if I were wearing a hat, it would be off to you.
Souls love. That’s what souls do. Egos don’t, but souls do. Become a soul, look around, and you’ll be amazed-all the beings around you are souls. Be one, see one. When many people have this heart connection, then we will know that we are all one, we human beings all over the planet. We will be one. One love. And don’t leave out the animals, and trees, and clouds, and galaxies-it’s all one. It’s one energy. It comes through in individual ways, but it’s one energy. You can call it energy, or you can call it love. I like to look at a tree and see that it’s love. Don’t you?
Being out of alignment is a part of being a human in this 3rd dimensional reality. The effort and level of thought control that must be learnt to stay in alignment manifests a life experience with mistakes.
Mistakes contribute to expansion because: by experiencing what you do not want (mistakes and their consequences); you are then able to see what you do want, giving rise to new desires and ultimately, another new path of expansion for the universe itself.
Finding within you the strength to allow yourself to be out of alignment, releases the resistant (or non-allowing) energy that was the divider in the first place.
*To be in alignment in this context means that you are matching the vibration that your source self, your higher self, that part of you that is eternal and conscious of your true divinity, holds. It is the vibration of the universe, of the all that is, of Source energy. This vibration is synonymous with the human terms, “unconditional love” and “appreciation” which are: being in the state ofpure positive focus.
Here is an in-depth article describing what traits to look for in determining if you or someone you know is an indigo child or adult. (click image for source) When talking to people about indigos I often hear that the
This is the most accurate article I have read about ‘indigo’ adults and children. If this is something you’re interested in I HIGHLY recommend reading this for a truthful perspective.
Today I had a thought… We all live our lives with the notion that happiness is a goal – I’ll be happy when I’m married and in love, I’ll be happy when I’m fit, I’ll be happy when…I’ll finally be happy when…
But the only constant in this world is change – the contrast – the things that make us unhappy…they are just things and you choose how you react.
Happiness is not a destination…it is here, it is now…and now and now and now and now and now… what you choose to notice is what is. We are always sitting in the happiness we are looking forward to, that distant fantasy is already here in incremental moments, if only we take notice.
There will never be stability, and if there was constant stability, constant sameness…you would not be happy for long. Appreciation is lost without the contrast of what it is like to not have what you have, to not feel how you feel, to know lack of happiness is necessary to have happiness at all and in it’s truest form. Anything other than this would not be genuine. This life is genuine because it is beautiful because it has darkness, it is peaceful because it has chaos, it is temporary…because we are forever.
